Yes. The free plan has no daily limits and no ads. Plus adds more groups, people and extras for €2.99 a month once payments open.

A personal space only you can see, a family or couple group for a shared budget, and a friends group for splitting costs.

Share your group's invite code: people ask to join and you approve them. Or invite someone by email: once they're signed in with that address, they can join in one tap.

No. In a family group, add them as people without accounts. You can choose them as the person who spent something and give them their own budget.

The owner and any admins look after members, categories, budgets and invites. Members add and edit their own entries. Admins come with Plus.

Split an expense equally, by exact amounts or by percent. Every share adds up to the cent, and balances update straight away.

Yes. Income, spending and transfers between people are kept apart, so budgets and balances stay right.

Each group uses one currency: euros, US dollars, pounds, rupees, or Canadian or Australian dollars. Entries in other currencies are on our list.

On Plus, recurring entries add rent, subscriptions and instalment plans for you when they're due.

Set a monthly limit for any expense category, for the whole group or for one person. You'll see what's left and get a heads-up when a budget is nearly used.

A short look back at the month, or the week on Plus: what was spent, what needs attention, and a note for next time. Everyone can mark it as reviewed.

No. You add entries yourself, which keeps your bank details out of it. Importing from a CSV file is on our list.

As many groups as you like, more people and admins, weekly check-ins, recurring entries and more categories of your own. Everyone in your groups gets the Plus features.

Join during early access and we'll add twelve months of Plus to your account. There's no card, and nothing renews on its own.

Nothing is deleted. Your groups keep what they have but can't grow past the free limits, and admins become members.

In the EU, in Frankfurt, Germany. It's encrypted in transit and at rest.

Only the members of the group you add it to. Your personal space is only for you. We don't sell data or show ads.

Choose 'Forgot password?' on the sign-in page and follow the link in the email. With two-step sign-in on, you'll also need your code.

In Settings, choose Delete account. You'll be asked to sign in again first. The account deletion page explains what happens to your data.
